Ponca City man sets fire to vehicle in school parking lot because it 'belonged to bad people'

Saturday night, a Ponca City man was arrested for intentionally lighting a car on fire.
According to reports, Kenneth Sanders, 37, "willfully and maliciously set fire to a motor vehicle" located in the Wright Christian Academy parking lot, 11391 E. Admiral in Tulsa.
Sanders admitted to police and fire crews that he had intentionally set the vehicle on fire using a lighter and consulting the vehicle's owner manual because it "belonged to bad people from a drug house," according to police reports.
Sanders was arrested on felony complaints of third degree arson. He was held on a $2,500 bail.
