Police: Man arrested after threatening people at Domino's in downtown Tulsa

TULSA -- A man was arrested overnight after police said he threatened several people at a Domino's in downtown Tulsa.

Employees said Earl Julien, 23, went into the restaurant while wearing a blanket, demanded pizza and said a he had a gun under blanket. Officials also said Julien's face was largely hidden by the blanket.

When officers arrived, Julien was still at the restaurant. 

He cooperated with police and was taken into custody. Police said Julien did not have a gun.

Julien was arrested on a count of armed robbery after a former convicted felony. His bail was set at $100,000.
