BROKEN ARROW, Okla. -- One person was taken to a hospital Tuesday night after a standoff in Broken Arrow, and a suspect is in custody.
The standoff was in the area of the 100 block of South Birch Place.
One person at the location was taken to the hospital.
The Broken Arrow Police Department Special Operations Team activated in reference to an armed and barricaded person, who police said was responsible for the victim's injuries.
Police said the victim has non life-threatening injuries.
Officers used gas to force the suspect to surrender, and took the suspect into custody just after 11 p.m. Tuesday.
