UPDATE: No suspect found after standoff

TULSA - Tulsa police say they have entered the home where a man was thought to be hiding after shooting at his own father near 66th Street and South Harvard Avenue, but they did not find the suspect.

Police say 29-year-old Jordan Watts got into an altercation with his father around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, and that  Watts pointed a gun at his father before firing at least two shots into the wall.

Police say they spoke with Watts over the phone, and that Watts said he would cooperate with authorities.

Upon arriving on the scene, officers say the garage door of the home was open, and a car was inside the garage with the motor running and tail lights on as if someone were trying to back out.  The garage door then closed.

There was no contact with Watts over the next seven hours.

Watts' father had left the home before police arrived, but the his wife and 3-month-old son were still inside until around 6:45 a.m., officers say.  Neither the wife or the son were injured, and police are interviewing the woman.

Police say a special operations team entered the home around 10 a.m. but did not find Watts.  Police say he may have left through the back door before police units were in place.
