TULSA - Two men have been arrested in connection to a shooting Saturday evening where five people were shot and injured.
Boonmlee Lee, 21, and Meng Lee, 19, were arrested shortly after the incident when police saw a suspicious-looking vehicle leaving the scene, according to Sgt. David Walker with the Tulsa Police Department.
Police say five people were shot at the Green Country Event Center near 31st Street and Garnett Road just before 8 p.m. Saturday.
Witnesses say between 300 and 400 people were gathered for an event sponsored by the Hmong American Association when a man walked through the doors and started shooting before fleeing the scene.
Police say two people were shot in the torso, and three others were shot in the arms or legs.
Both men each face five counts of shooting with the intent to kill, possession of a firearm and possession of firearm commission felony first offense.
