According to a release sent to 2NEWS, if enough viewers watch and write reviews of the episode, it could become a series on the cable channel.
Here's a description of the episode from HGTV.com:
It's a family affair when the husband and wife Daniel and Melinda Wiafe flip a house. The dynamic duo has a flipping philosophy: every project they take on must yield them a five-figure profit. When Daniel finds a property on the market in Owasso, Oklahoma with an opening bid of just $50,000 he jumps in sight unseen. But he overbids at the auction before discovering the place has been trashed and quickly finds himself in over his head. They'll need to be determined and resourceful to get the return on investment they need in order to keep flipping. With Melinda's dry sense of humor, Daniel's undying enthusiasm and optimistic attitude, and a some sideline cheering from their young son Malachi, the Wiafes must prove that the family that flips together can also stay together. Can they recover this house and rise to the occasion, or will they fall short and lose all of their money? The couple must turn this distressed property into a stunning home on Five Figure Flip!
Five Figure Flip is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
