OWASSO, Okla. – Several utility customers are confused after a flyer offering a free meal is appearing to be fraudulent.
The Owasso Police Department issued a statement on Facebook warning utility customers about the flyers posted below. According to them, the City of Owasso is not affiliated with the promise of a “free steak dinner” nor is the flyer a bill from the city.
