4 arrested at Tulsa County-Osage County line; driver arrested for DUI, trafficking cocaine

TULSA - An early morning traffic stop ended after an Osage County sheriff's deputy pulled his gun on four men.

The traffic stop happened near the Osage County-Tulsa County line along the 3400 block of the L.L. Tisdale Parkway around 2 a.m.  Several surrounding agencies were called in for backup.

When 2NEWS arrived four men were in custody on the ground. Deputies searched the men and put them in the back of a patrol car.

According to jail records, Orlando Nelson was arrested for driving under the influence and without a license as well as trafficking cocaine and transporting an open container.

Nelson's three passengers -- Joseph Garcia, Jesse Garcia and Daniel Rubio -- were arrested for public drunk and transporting an open container.
