OKMULGEE, Okla. - A former Okmulgee Co. reserve sheriff's deputy was arrested for child pornography after sending pictures to an undercover state agent.
According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Robert Farrill was arrested Thursday morning after agents served a search warrant on his home near 300 N. Taft.
An OSBI computer crimes agent performed an on-site forensic preview of computer-related devices in Farrill's home and OSBI officials say more than 100 images of child pornography were stored on just one device.
According to Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice, Farrill has had no affiliation with the sheriff's office since 2006.
Farrill will be booked into the Okmulgee County Jail on three counts of distribution of child pornography, one count of aggravated possession of child pornography and one count of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
The case remains under investigation.
