Okmulgee man wanted for attempting to hit girl with his vehicle during domestic dispute

OKMULGEE, Okla. - After a report of a domestic dispute, the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office is looking for information on the whereabouts of a local resident.

Okmulgee police were alerted Tuesday to the dispute in the 14000 block of Eisenhower Road near Hectorville. A neighbor reported witnessing a man and woman in a physical altercation. The man, the neighbor said, eventually tried to run over the woman. 

The Special Operation Team responded and attempted to get Jamie Alan English out of the residence. After no response, police entered the home and were unable to locate English.

English is described as white, about 6 feet 1 inch and 200 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He is now wanted by the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office for domestic abuse and attempted assault with a deadly weapon.
