Let's back up. Dahm, R-Broken Arrow, found himself on the set of "Piers Morgan Live" Monday night after penning a bill colorfully named the "Piers Morgan Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms Without Infringement Act."
Senate Bill 1473 would allow for Oklahomans to carry firearms without license, something that seemed to get the attention of Morgan, one of gun control's highest-profile voices, as much as its title.
Morgan invited him on the show before Dahm even introduced the bill.
