Oklahoma escaped convict Tyler Harp captured in Craig County

TULSA - An escaped Oklahoma convict was captured Tuesday, ending a 16-hour search for a man they believed to be armed and dangerous.

Tyler Harp was captured by Craig County Sheriff's Department deputies around 8:30 p.m. Harp, 21, was confirmed missing just after 4:30 p.m. Monday from Vinita's Northeast Oklahoma Correctional Center. 

He's currently serving a 4-year second-degree burglary sentence out of Tulsa County. Harp is not yet facing charges related to his escape.
