Paramedics responded to a runner who had collapsed this morning while running in the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.
A male in his 30s was about a block away from the finish line when he appeared to collapse on the course.
The man was administered CPR, and was transported to a hospital in serious condition. A spokesperson for EMSA said he was still in serious condition Sunday evening.
Monday afternoon, EMSA reported he was in good condition. Doctors are still unsure why he collapsed.
EMSA reported three others were transported to the hospital in good condition. 14 runners were treated by emergency medical crews on the scene at the marathon medical tent.
