TULSA – A Craigslist post published from an anonymous user is now under police investigation.

Tulsa police report its searching for the author of the post titled “Tulsa Murder.” The post was deleted by Craigslist around 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.

The writer of the post claims they have killed a stranger in Tulsa and might head to Oklahoma City to murder again. Tulsa police confirm they have subpoenaed Craigslist and their intelligence unit is trying to identify the person behind the post.

In the post, the user mentions moving on to “the people who have started it all,” and even names a Department of Corrections employee and a Tulsa County district judge.

Authorities are still trying to investigate whether or not the post is a hoax. At this time TPD reports there isn't anyone unaccounted for or a murder they know of that this post could be related to.
