Warner volunteer firefighter pleads guilty to arson charges in Muskogee, McIntosh fires case

MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. - A Warner volunteer firefighter accused of setting fires across Muskogee and McIntosh counties has pleaded guilty to arson charges.

Hadley entered a blind guilty plea to four counts of third-degree felony arson.

Tobey Hadley Jr., 19, was arrested last October following an investigation into suspicious fires appearing in remote areas. Investigators first became aware of Hadley's possible involvement once they noticed he was often among the first to the scene.
