A transfer of ownership is being made between the University of Oklahoma and the Muscogee Creek Nation.
The George Nigh Rehabilitation Center will now be owned by the Creek Nation.
The hospital is located in Okmulgee.
It provides outpatient programs for adults and children that have a disabling illness or injuries.
The transfer will be made at the hospital at 1:30 this afternoon.
OU President David L. Boren and the Muscogee Nation Principal Chief George Tiger will sign the document at the event.
