A man has been arrested following a shooting that injured three people, including a 10-year-old Friday in north Tulsa.

Tulsa police have arrested Kerry Payne, 33, on three counts of shooting with the intent to kill.

Two men and a 10-year-old boy were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

Police say they received a call about a disturbance at a barber shop near 15th Street and N. Lewis Avenue around 6:30 p.m. Thirty minutes later, citizens flagged down an officer to notify him of the shooting.

Police found the three victims on the ground about 100 yards from each other.

More than a dozen police units were dispatched to the scene.
