UPDATE -- Tulsa police say Jerry LeBlanc is in custody. LeBlanc was arrested near 21st and Memorial around 10 a.m. Tuesday after police received a Crime Stoppers tip on his location.
The Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force took LeBlanc into custody on his outstanding first-degree rape and kidnapping warrants.
TULSA -- Tulsa police are searching for Jerry LeBlanc, the city's most wanted suspect this week.
LeBlanc, 60, is wanted on a felony warrant out of Tulsa County for failing to appear in court for first-degree rape and kidnapping.
Upon arrest, police say LeBlanc will be jailed on $450,000 bond.
LeBlanc is described as a black male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
