Mentally-handicapped man sentenced to 40 years for 2012 rapes of 2 other mentally-handicapped men

TULSA - A Dewey County man was found guilty Tuesday of raping two men at a downtown Tulsa motel.

Brandon Brady, 21, was convicted of the assaults of two mentally-handicapped men in 2012.

Police say Brady is also handicapped.

Brady was sentenced to 20 years for each count to be served consecutively in the custody of the Department of Corrections.  He will receive credit for time served.

Brady must serve 85 percent of his sentence before he is eligible for parole.
