A man is in jail after biting an officer in north Tulsa.
Officers were called to a home near east Pine Street and north Yale Avenue for a domestic fight with a gun around 1:30 a.m.
Police say 37-year-old Manuel Garcia-Perez bit an officer at the scene. The victim told police she did not want to cooperate as a victim of domestic assault.
Garcia-Perez will face assault on police and obstruction charges.
