TULSA -- Tulsa Police have identified the woman shot and killed in west Tulsa Wednesday morning as 20-year-old Sabrina Meier.
Following the shooting, Xavier Dixon (pictured below), 21, was arrested for first degree manslaughter.
When officers arrived at the home they found Meier shot outside the home.
Police say the home belongs to the man the victim was in a relationship with. Police say two witnesses were also taken in for questioning.
