Jury selection wraps up in 2012 Best Buy double homicide trial; both suspects plead not guilty

TULSA - Attorneys are preparing for the trial for one of two men accused in a deadly shooting at a midtown Best Buy store.

Jeremy Foster and Willie Wise are both charged with two counts of first degree murder after two people were killed in the July 2012 shooting .

Scott Norman, 34, and Wes Brown, 58, were both killed outside the store that day.

Jury selection for Wise's trial started Monday afternoon and is set to conclude Tuesday. Foster's trial has yet to begin.

Opening statements could begin as early as Wednesday morning, attorneys told 2NEWS.

While questioning potential jurors, the district attorney asked if they would be able to give the state a week to present its case, giving a possible indication of how long the trial could take.  

Foster and Wise have pleaded not guilty.
