Judge refuses bond reduction for woman charged with husband's high-rise death

TULSA - A woman facing a murder charge for her husband's deadly high-rise fall was again denied bond.

Amber Hilberling, 21, has been in jail since January after having her bond revoked when she tested positive for marijuana.

Hilberling is charged with second-degree murder.  She's accused of pushing her husband, Josh Hilberling, from their 25th floor apartment at University Club Tower in June 2011.

Since her husband's death, Hilberling has been in and out of jail after not charging her ankle monitor and failing drug tests.

In August, Hilberling filed suit against the apartment's operator, claiming wrongful death.  She claims the apartment's windows were dangerously thin and led to her husband's death.

Hilberling is currently being held in the Tulsa County Jail without bond.  She's due back in court Jan. 13, 2013.
