WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. - A Wagoner County Judge set Joshua Herrington’s bond at $5,000 and Cody Thompson's bond at $100,000.
Just one week after the brutal murder of 15 year-old Brennon Davis and no suspects have been named, but two men are being questioned.
"Right now they are the only two people of interest and we'll work towards that until we either can find a suspect or name someone as a suspect,” said Wagoner County Sheriff Deputy Nick Mahoney.
Deputies arrested Herrington, Sunday on a complaint of obstruction of justice. They said he gave them misleading information about Davis' murder.
"At some point during the investigation, the investigators decided that either what he was telling them wasn't true, or he was misleading them,” said Mahoney.

Cody Thompson was arrested on Tuesday. he's accused of second degree arson, after deputies said he set a mobile home on fire in December.
"We came into some evidence on the scene and then we have witness statements that put him at the scene and a vehicle that put him at the scene,” said Mahoney.
Deputies are still working to figure out who shot Brennon Davis several times before setting his body on fire last week near Jackson Bay. They’re hoping to have more answers soon.
"I don't know where the investigators are standing with it, we're waiting on from the OSBI, we're waiting for examiners results. I don't know exactly where they're at with their investigation, but they're working diligently,” said Mahoney.
