TULSA - Less than a week after a popular snow cone stand was forced to pick up and move from its familiar location, the company reports it will be back for locals to enjoy once more.
The original Josh's Sno Shack, which has resided in a Food Pyramid parking lot at East 71st Street and South Garnett Road since 2005, was a casualty of a Reasor's Foods "no snow cone stand" policy after the grocery store switched ownership.

Monday, Josh Juarez, who owns the local summer treat chain, said he was hopeful Reasor's management would make an exception for his business.
By Tuesday afternoon, an agreement was made, according to the Sno Shack's Twitter account.
Just had a great conversation with @Reasors ! We are back! Thanks everyone for your support!— josh's sno shack (@JoshsSnoShack) October 8, 2013
Juarez said Reasor's ownership called him early Tuesday morning, telling him that, pending a newly written contract, Josh's Sno Shack could move back in as soon as the parking lot is re-paved.
With the summer season nearing an end, Juarez isn't sure if customers will be able to visit the shack before then, but is optimistic about his future partnership.
