Murder trial date set for Jenks teen

Will go before a jury on December 2nd

A judge has set a trial date for a teen accused of murder in Jenks.
14-year-old Joshua Mooney will go before a jury on December 2nd.
Mooney is charged as a minor in the death of 47-year-old Mary Escue last December.
He faces charges of first-degree murder, burglary, and armed robbery.
The court entered a not-guilty plea on Mooney's behalf.
