JENKS, Okla. - A former Jenks middle school teacher is being charged in a federal indictment for a 2007 bank burglary.
Stina Roi McMath, as well as Ryan Mitchell and Rosally Mangual, were charged Sept. 6 for conspiring to enter the Arvest Bank located on E. 71st St. in Tulsa and committing the offense of larceny.
Court documents show McMath drove with the other two defendants to the bank in September 2007 and waited in the car while Mitchell and Mangual opened a cash dispensing machine and took approximately $21,545.
The three then drove to an apartment and divided the money stolen from the bank.
According to Jenks Public Schools, McMath was employed as a middle school language arts teacher from Aug. 6, 2012 until submitting her resignation Sept. 12.
