TULSA - Students just got home a few hours ago from the first day of class.
2NEWS visited the Jenks middle school as teachers and faculty helped the new seventh graders get adjusted to their new school.
“I think today has gone fairly well. Little bit of confusion here in the morning as new 7th graders and new students to the middle school try and find their way and navigate the 300,000 square foot building,” said Rob Miller, Jenks Middle School.
The middle school welcomed 500 students from East Intermediate and three hundred students from West Intermediate.
