JENKS, Okla. - Authorities are now questioning a 13-year-old boy about the Jenks murder of a woman found dead while visiting her parents.
No arrest has been made and Maj. Shannon Clark with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said one doesn't appear to be imminent.
A 14-year-old was arrested in December after 47-year-old Mary Escue was found shot to death around 11:45 p.m. in a home near 111th and Peoria.
He has since confessed to her murder, according to law enforcement. Investigators said he admitted to stealing money from her wallet, taking the gun he used to shoot her and stealing her car.
The teen is being held on first-degree murder, but has yet to be officially charged.
