TAHLEQUAH, Okla. -- A Cherokee County man with developmental disabilities has been reported missing and authorities are asking for help locating him.

Hunter Rozell, 23, was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Thursday in the Tahlequah area. His mother reported him missing.

Rozell has a medical condition called Prader-Willi Syndrome that causes insatiable hunger.  Because of his illness he is likely to go to any length to obtain food, including fabricating stories and offering favors.

Rozell is 5 feet 9 inches tall and 240 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair but it may be shaved.

Rozell is described as articulate and talkative and may not immediately appear to have disabilities.

Officials at the Tahlequah Police Department say Rozell was last seen wearing a camo jacket, blue jeans and house shoes.  He may have left with a woman in an older silver Volvo that is not well-maintained.

Tahlequah police say Rozell went missing earlier this month but was located a short time later.

Anyone with information on Rozell's whereabouts is asked to call the Tahlequah Police Department at (918) 456-8801.
