Hostess used pension money to avoid bankruptcy

TULSA - Former workers at Tulsa's Wonder Bread plant received another blow after Hostess, the company that owns the plant, admits that it used the money for employee pensions when it tried to avoid bankruptcy.

Experts say the move was probably legal because the money did not come directly from employees.

It's not clear how much money did not go into those pension plans.

Around 160 Tulsa workers were laid off when the company shut down.
