INDIANAPOLIS -- It is one of the most infamous properties in Indianapolis and former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle wants to sell it.
New pictures from inside the home give us an insight into where children were secretly videotaped nude or semi-nude.
The photos also show a property that needs to be gutted. Pictures show signs of mold and the need for many repairs.
The house in the Salem Creek Estates subdivision, at 1304 Salem Creek Boulevard, has sent empty for months.
It was an investment property for Fogle and was the home of Russell Taylor. Taylor was the former executive director of Fogle’s charitable foundation.
Taylor was convicted in December 2015 and sentenced to 27 years in federal prison on 12 counts of producing child pornography and one count of distributing the material.
Authorities say Taylor had secretly placed cameras in the bedrooms and bathrooms of the home and videotaped children in nude and semi-nude situations.
At the time, Taylor told authorities he had placed a clock radio with a hidden camera in a child’s bedroom to determine if the child was having sex with her boyfriend or stealing things from his wife.

The home will be sold in a sheriff's sale on Wednesday, May 25. The auction will be conducted at 10:00 am at the property and it will go to the highest bidder.
Marion County Superior Court has appointed Key Auctioneers to sell the property. They are not working on behalf of Fogle but under the court's direction.
It’s expected the house will be bought by an investor or someone who wants to take on a big project. It is not ready for a family to move-in anytime soon.
Jared Fogle filed for foreclosure on the property on August 26, 2015, four months after Russell Taylor had been arrested in April of that year and could not make payments on the home.
Taylor entered into an agreement to buy the home from Fogle on March 10, 2014, under a land contract.
Per the terms of the contract, Taylor agreed to buy the home for $191,000 and pay $850 a month through May 2017, before putting down the final payment.
Fogle's lawyer has filed an official appeal with the 7th Circuit of Appeals seeking a reduction in his 15 year federal prison term.
Fogle’s lawyer is arguing that the federal judge was wrong when he added three years to his sentence, when Fogle had an with the U.S. Attorney for 12 years.
