TULSA - Tulsa police say a man was jailed Sunday morning after setting his girlfriend's car on fire.
Police had already placed Ezequiel Gracia in custody when firefighters responded around 3:30 a.m. to the fire near 34th and Garnett.
According to the arrest report, gasoline was used as an accelerant to ignite the vehicle, which was parked about two feet from the front porch.
Police say the suspect had already sent a threatening text message to the victim, saying "leave cuz ur burning tonite."
According to the report, Gracia confessed after he was read his rights.
Gracia was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for third-degree arson. He's being held on $2,500 bond.
