TULSA - The suspect in an October homicide was arrested Thursday morning.
Police say 22-year-old Dewayne Fulson shot a locksmith in early October over a disagreement about payment.
Twenty-one-year-old Sebastian Geiger, who responded Oct. 2 to an apartment complex near 49th and Sheridan to unlock a car door, was pronounced dead at a hospital a short time later.
