TULSA COUNTY, Okla. - Tulsa County deputies are on the lookout for a man who led them on a car chase before escaping on foot, leaving three others behind with his vehicle.
Deputies say the driver was speeding through a residential area of west Tulsa County around 2 a.m. and when a deputy initiated a traffic stop the driver took off.
When the truck finally stopped, deputies had already decided to back off from the chase due to slick streets.
Deputies found three people inside the truck near West 51st Street South and South 33rd West Avenue. Two women and a man were arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of a stolen vehicle.
The driver -- a white man in his mid-40s with gray hair -- is still on the loose.
Deputies say the three people they took into custody are not cooperative and won't disclose the driver's name.
