TULSA COUNTY - Former Skiatook Superintendent Gary Johnson has asked the court to pay 30 percent of restitution owed to his former employer, according to a sentencing and restitution memo filed in Tulsa County District Court Wednesday.
In 2010, a grand jury indicted Johnson after a state audit uncovered Skiatook Public Schools spent up to four times the actual cost for security equipment and custodial items supplied by Rick Enos.
District Attorney Tim Harris requested Johnson and Enos be ordered to pay more than $657,000.
Prosecutors say Johnson accepted money from Rick Enos in exchange for steering district contracts to Enos' companies.
Enos and Johnson -- who entered a blind plea are scheduled to appear in court Friday.
