Cleveland schools close due to city-wide water outage; broken water line fixed

CLEVELAND -- Cleveland schools closed Monday due to city-wide water outages.

The schools released the statement on social media:

Mayor Elzie Smith said the outage, which was caused by a water line break, has been resolved and water should be back on in the city.
