CLAREMORE, Okla. - A 9-hour standoff in Rogers County ended around 1:15 Tuesday morning.
U.S. marshals and Claremore police converged on a motel in Claremore around 4 p.m. Monday after police spotted a stolen car in a Walmart parking lot earlier in the day.
Officers found a meth lab inside the car and arrested two women at the scene.
Two men ran and police chased them to the Elms Motel where they hid in the attic of one of the rooms.
The Tulsa Police Special Operations Unit was called in to help.
"As we were gearing up to actually take more direct action to force them out of the attic space, the suspects voluntarily exited the room and surrendered to our unit," said Tulsa Police Sgt. Malcolm Wightman.
Just before the suspects surrendered, Claremore police fired pepper balls into the room.
The men are in jail this morning facing a number of charges.
Their names haven't been released.
