OWASSO, Okla. – Downtown Owasso has officially been named!
After weeks of voting, residents chose the “Redbud District” to be the name. Around 1,625 were gathered and according to the City of Owasso, Redbud won with around 534 votes in its favor.
Now, the public is invited to sketch a drawing to go with the new name. The deadline for that contest is May 20.
