TULSA - An intruder was injured after he walked into a strangers home in east Tulsa, police officials say.
Tulsa police say 30-year-old Jason Matthew Manns entered a home near 41st Street and 129th East Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Monday.
When a resident told him to leave, police say Manns charged at the resident, who hit the suspect on the head with a plate.
The two men began to struggle, but Manns fled the home after another resident pulled a gun.
Officers say Manns then went to a second home a couple of blocks away, broke a window and entered the home.
Manns chased a woman from inside the house, police say, but he fled the scene after the woman began to scream for help.
Manns was identified by witnesses after he was located by police a short time later.
He faces two counts of first-degree burglary.
