3rd suspect, Tony Wallen, arrested in 2006 cold case murder of Broken Arrow teen Jarret Clark

WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. - The Wagoner Count Sheriff's Office arrested a third person Tuesday in the 2006 homicide of a Broken Arrow teenager.

Haskell resident Tony Wallen, 30, is being charged with first-degree murder for the death of Jarret Clark . He is currently being held without bond.

Two arrests have already been linked to the homicide of 18-year-old Jarret Clark.

Courtney Manzer , 24, was taken into custody in February 2014.  Dayna Marie Hargrove Miller , 27, was arrested months later.

Investigators believe Clark was killed at a party celebrating his high school graduation. It was speculated that he was murdered as a result of jealousy.

Clark was camping at Fort Gibson Lake with Manzer, Miller and Miller's brother, Brandon Hargrove, when investigators say there was an altercation and Clark was beaten.  He was thrown face down in the lake near the Wahoo Bay area.

Hargrove died in a car accident several years after Clark's death.
