BROKEN ARROW, Okla.- The Broken Arrow Chamber and Economic Development Corporation is letting those looking for jobs know that companies are hiring in Broken Arrow.
On June 26 they held a job fair to discuss employment opportunities in the city.
Officials said Broken Arrow is the fourth largest city in Oklahoma and it is steadily growing.
"Working close to home is important and Broken Arrow is a great place to live and now it's also a great place to work," said Jim Beavers, chairman for the Broken Arrow Economic Development.
Hosts of the job fair said many big companies, including Broken Arrow Public Schools, and St. John hospital are looking to fill positions immediately.
