BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A local boy received the gift of a lifetime after winning a vegetable dip recipe contest.
Ranger Lemaster and his mom Ashley will attend a kid's state dinner at White House later this month.
In March, Ranger entered a winning vegetable dip recipe in a national 'healthy lunchtime' challenge. He's now the Oklahoma finalist and says he's excited about the opportunity.
"I'm looking forward to having a chance to meet the president and getting to meet Michelle Obama," he said.
Ranger and his mom will leave Tulsa July 16th for the White House, the dinner takes place July 18th.
