TULSA -- The Brady Arts District getting a new name.
It will now be called the Tulsa Arts District. The name was finalized by a vote by the District Business Association.
It was originally named for the town's founder, who was a member of the Ku Klux Klan and was implicated in the deadly Tulsa Race Riot.
Officials with the district hope the new name will unite Tulsans and encourage inclusively and diversity in the district.
