Saturday would have been Corrie's second birthday.

Both Corrie's mother and her friend, neither of which have been identified, were also hit by the car and taken to a nearby hospital. Corrie's mother was transported in critical condition with massive head injuries while the other woman suffered multiple broken bones.

The woman were both wearing all black and were not in a crosswalk, according to Tulsa police. The driver of the car was not arrested or ticketed after the accident.
