MCINTOSH COUNTY, Okla. - The driver of a boat responsible for a fatal Fourth of July collision on Lake Eufaula has turned himself in, the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety confirmed Monday.
Ryan Shumway, 30, was manning the wheel of a 20-foot ski boat on Independence Day when it crashed into the bow of an anchored pontoon at roughly 30 mph, which then went airborne onto another anchored boat, authorities say.
