TULSA - A woman charged in the deaths of her nieces last year in an apartment fire is back behind bars less than 24 hours after being released from jail.
Miashah Moses is charged with two counts of second-degree murder . Investigators say she was babysitting 18-month-old Nylah and 4-year-old Noni at London Square Apartments while their mother was at work.
Moses allegedly left the two children alone in the apartment while something was cooking on the stove when it caught fire.
Moses had been in jail since November 2013. That was until Monday when her lawyer claimed a bond had never been set for her.
On Tuesday, the judge set a bond of $60,000 and Moses was released, but the judge overlooked key details in the docket that showed a bond was denied by another judge in November.
After the discovery of the error, Moses was ordered to appear before the judge Wednesday, but she never showed up.
The judge raised her bond from to $250,000 for each count and an arrest warrant was issued.
By 11 a.m. Wednesday, 2NEWS learned Moses was back in custody though she wasn't yet booked into the jail.
