TULSA - United States Attorney General Eric Holder discussed the Connecticut school shooting while in Tulsa Friday.
Holder was in town for a ceremony honoring the new Northern District of Oklahoma U.S. Attorney Danny C. Williams.

"What happened in Connecticut today was a huge tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with those who lost loved ones," Holder said.
"I'll also say that as a nation, I think we have to ask ourselves some hard questions. We gather too often to talk about these kinds of incidents. We have to discuss who we are as a nation, talk about the freedoms we have, the rights that we have, and how those might be used in a responsible way."
At least 20 children were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn. when a 20-year-old shooter opened fire inside the school.
