4 men arrested for armed robbery of Broken Arrow Radio Shack

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Four men were arrested late Wednesday night for the armed robbery of a Broken Arrow Radio Shack.

Around 8:50 p.m., police were called to the store, located at 6331 S. Elm Pl.

An employee, who was off work, told officers he went back to the store to visit his friends when he observed four suspects inside the store.  All four suspects were wearing masks and loading merchandise into bags.

Upon arrival, police encountered one masked suspect exit the back of the store and leave at a high rate of speed onto Elm Place.

Officers entered the store and located two store employees duct taped in a back room.  They told officers the fuor males entered teh store with guns and started loading electronics.  The employees said the suspects herded them to the back and placed them inside the room.

A canine officer responded to the scene and began a track, soon locating another suspect in the backyard of a neighboring residence.

Police were later notified that the other two suspects could be at a residence in Tulsa.  Tulsa police responded to that home and located the other suspects.

Police arrested 18-year-old Corey James Sullivan, of Tulsa, 21-year-old Joseph Benjamin Wilson, of Chelsea, 23-year-old Wes Ryan Wilson, of Chelsea, and 22-year-old James Paul Wright, of Tulsa.

Each suspect was charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, wearing a mask during the commission of a felony, wearing body armor during the commission of a felony, larceny of an automobile and conspiracy to commit a felony.
