TULSA - A man on trial for the murder of a toddler in a north Tulsa house fire has been found not guilty on all counts.
Jeffrey McBride was arrested along with two others, Jennifer Jennings and Jacob Bell, in November 2011 for allegedly making methamphetamine that started the fire.
While in custody, McBride admitted to making meth at the home as late as the day before the blaze that claimed the life of the 15-month-old boy.
McBride, now 58, still faces two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled and dangerous substance. He is due in court again Jan. 30.
Jennings and Bell waived their right to a jury trial on Tuesday and are expected in court Feb. 1.
